Order Processing

• Orders will take 1 day to process excluding Sunday. 

• You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Timeline

• Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

• Germany: 2-5 business days

• Europe: 5-10 business days

• Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays.

Customs and Import Taxes

For orders outside of Germany:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we kindly ask customers to check with neighbors, building staff, or their local post office. While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or misdelivered packages where delivery was confirmed following an investigation by the carrier, we are committed to helping investigate with the carrier and will do our best to assist in resolving the issue on a case by case basis.
